During the British archaeological expedition Sponsored by a museum to Egypt led by sir Joseph Whemple recently found out mummy of the high priest, Im-ho-tep, comes to the senses and leaves in night of desert. Ten years later new expedition led by the son of sir Josephs, Franc Whemple, finds a tomb of Princess Anck-es-en-Amon, Im-ho-teps long lost love. To restore it completely, Im-ho-tep demands, that Elen Grosvenor has died so, it can restore it and make its living mummy as itself(himself).
